I leave for Mexico early in the morning for the week. I will be doing some projects for one of our climbing for Christ members who runs a cross-cultural college program there called Eduventure (http://www.eduventure.net/). I will be flying to Phoenix and then on a small missionary plane into the ranch. Pray that we aren't misstaken for drug dealers. I will be setting up a cable tyrolean traverse across a arroyo (canyon) and setting up some sport rock climbing routes on the cliffs(in the background in the photo) there. I'm sure that I might find time for a cliff jump/swim in the canyon and maybe a horseback ride too.

If horsey riding is what you are into, check out Thad's blog, [Hi-o Silver Away].
I got the drug dealer comment. Thanks for setting my mind at ease.
Will you have to wear a vistor name badge at church when you get back from Mexico? Do you get to do missionary reports at church when you get back from all this rollicking and ruckus?
Missions is hard work but somebody's gotta do it. Here in Willseyville, your next door neighbor could be a drug dealer. I guess I never realized how action packed my local mission field could be.
Now that we've all razzed you, I'll elt you know that I'm praying for your safety and for positive results in the Mexican mission field. Bring 'em back alive!
