Leaving for Costa Rica

Kris and I leave in 2 hours for Costa Rica. We are going with a team of 43 from Word of Life Youth Reachout. We will be there for 10 days. Please pray for open doors of opportunity and for hearts prepared to hear the gospel. Pray for Grandma and Grandpa Paris as they stay with our children.

High ropes course on Word of Life Island Completed

Finally. The vertical tube-net came and I installed it today so the Islands High ropes course is finished and in use.

The pictures really don't do it justice you really have to experience it in person.

On the personal front. We are trying to get things ready to go to Costa Rica next week. Our van's brakes are shot so that's in the shop. My truck has brake issues too and needs an inspection so the dump truck is our family vehicle for a couple of days.

Rachel and Jennifer went to camp last week at the Word of Life Ranch. Rachel participated in Teens involved competition (their Bible quizzing team came in 2nd) and Jennifer was in the mountaineers program.

Swim lessons begin this week.

Kristen has money coming in for her trip but still needs some more to be fully funded. Please continue to pray.
