Road trip

So Wed after Gander mountain I headed south of the border and spent the night at Howie and Sue Stoddards house. Howie was the one who got me interested in wilderness back in High School. I had a good visit with them.
The next day I headed further south to BBC and caught up with Dennis Wilhite, Ben Wilhite, Tim Biggs and Stacey Roloson. Thurs night I drove south into WV and found a quiet place to sleep in the van.
Friday I went to C4C members Luke and Aimee Hrabrosky's in WV. I spent the weekend with them. We went to the New River Rondevous on friday night, cleaned their new church building Sat morning, went bouldering sat afternoon, out to mexican dinner and then back to the rondezvous.
Sunday morning I drove over to Maryland and spent the night with C4C member Nate Lee and his family. Monday I drove home.

Great road trip! It's great to have a chance to get "out of the office" and visit in the trenches.

I wish my road trips for work could be so easy. I think I'm in the wrong business. Although.....my meals are paid for when I travel.
